I thought that Father Steve had some nice things to say about multiculturalism that we all can learn from. His "tip of the iceberg" analogy is something that we all can remember when learning about new cultures - there is more to them than just language, food, and dress. The part that I found most interesting was his discussion on languages and what they tell about various cultures (especially the specificity of the German language).
